Can Somebody Decipher this eBay Used Car Listing for Me?

I like to think I’m a fairly intelligent person, but an eBay used car blog I stumbled upon frankly has me confused. The owner is selling a car that he openly says had a salvage title, the previous owner said it had 150,000 miles on it, and needed a major overhaul to get into prime condition.
Yet, he’s advertising the car as having only 45,269 miles on it and in prime condition. Something doesn’t make sense to me about it. Read the blog and let me know what you think. Then, comment below. Is this a legitimate sale or is something amiss?

First of all, he spent wayyyy too much money on a car that is not worth much at all.
This whole thing sounds shady, I would stay FAR away from this piecemeal Frankenstein car – no matter how nice it looks. Plus, if there is odometer fraud going on, I would not want to be in any way associated with it. (Just because the dash looks new, doesnt mean the car has low miles – maybe it was replaced, or garaged it’s whole life. Nobody would title their car with 100,000 more miles than it actually has – that destroys your resale!) These cars are a dime a dozen, you can easily find one with a clean history.
Find out the VIN and I’ll tell you if he’s being truthful or not
