Is Memorial Day Start of Summer Buying Season?

I just posted an article about Memorial Day used car bargains, which got me wondering. Do any of you think Memorial Day weekend is the start of the summer car shopping season?

Thinking back, I don't ever remember buying a used car just because of the season. I bought them because I needed a replacement car!

However, I kind of wish I was in the market for a used car right now because prices are finally starting to decline. Granted, it's only a little bit but I think we are going to see some summer bargains starting Memorial Day Weekend.
