All Scion models are eligible, but before a pre-owned vehicle is even considered for the certification process it must have less than 85,000 miles on its odometer and only be the current model or six years back. That’s a fairly healthy mileage limit.
To be a certified Scion, a vehicle must pass a 160-point quality assurance inspection.
All Scion certified pre-owned vehicles are:
- backed by a 3-month/3,000-mile comprehensive warranty;
- a 7-year/100,000-mile limited powertrain warranty
- 7-year/100,000-mile roadside assistance plan from the original date of first use when sold as new.
